Ash Grove Cement Company is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to provide strategic and operational HR support for its cement plant locations across the US and Canada. The role serves as a trusted advisor to site leadership and mentors HR Business Partners to ensure high-quality HR services that align with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment and labor law.
• Experience working in industrial/manufacturing environments is preferred.
• SHRM certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic and operational HR support for assigned cement plant locations.
• Advise site leadership and mentor HR Business Partners.
• Oversee employee and labor relations, performance and talent management.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning across sites.
• Analyze workforce metrics and recommend action plans to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws.
