Zusammenfassung

Ash Grove Cement, part of CRH, seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to provide strategic and operational HR support across US and Canada locations, including plant sites. You will act as trusted advisor to site leadership, oversee employee relations, talent management, performance, policy compliance, and analytics, with on-site presence twice weekly at our Durkee, OR plant.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 4 year / Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of employment and labor law; union environments preferred.
• Ability to work onsite at industrial/manufacturing locations.
• Proficient in HRIS systems; UKG or similar platforms preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, at all organizational levels.

• Provide strategic and operational HR support for plant locations across the US and Canada.
• Advise site leadership on HR programs and organizational effectiveness.
• Oversee employee and labor relations, recruitment, and talent management.
• Mentor HR Business Partners and ensure high-quality HR service delivery.
• Coordinate onboarding, performance management, and policy compliance.
• Analyze workforce metrics and collaborate with leadership on action plans.
