Job summary

Ash Grove Cement, a CRH company, seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to provide strategic and hands-on HR support for plant locations in the US and Canada. This role acts as a trusted advisor to site leadership and leads employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management across multiple sites.

The Senior HRBP mentors HR partners, drives policy compliance, and ensures effective HR service delivery aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 year degree in HR/related field.
• SHRM certification preferred.
• Experience with union environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational HR support for assigned cement plant locations across the US and Canada.
• Serve as trusted advisor to site leadership and drive HR program delivery.
• Oversee employee and labor relations, including terminations and disciplinary actions.
• Manage recruiting, onboarding and integration for plant staff.
• Support talent review, succession planning and development planning.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
