Job summary

HistoSonics is seeking a Human Resources Manager, HR Business Partner to act as a trusted partner to Directors and VPs, overseeing a 300+ employee client group in Plymouth, MN. This hands-on role blends strategic workforce planning with employee relations in a fast-growing medical device company.

You will coach people managers, lead talent and performance processes, design organizational development initiatives, and implement HR programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience (HRBP preferred).
• Experience supporting a commercial organization (Sales/Marketing) as an HRBP.
• Demonstrated ability to independently own and resolve employee relations matters.
• Experience coaching and developing people managers.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own a client group of 300+ employees and serve as the primary HR point of contact for assigned business functions.
• Partner with Directors and VPs to translate business goals into people strategies.
• Own workforce planning for the business function, including headcount planning, org structure input, and talent supply/demand analysis.
• Coach and develop people managers on performance management, feedback, and team leadership skills.
• Promote agility and continuous improvement within the business functions through HR strategy and process design.
• Lead HR programs implementation across compensation, benefits, and talent management.
• Use workforce data and analytics to track trends and influence people strategy.
