• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP experience supporting senior leaders.
• Demonstrated success partnering with executive and senior leadership teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Experience leading organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and change management initiatives.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on organizational design and change initiatives.
