CATL invites an experienced HR business partner to deepen understanding of US plant operations, coordinate resources, and deliver HR solutions that cut costs and boost efficiency. You will empower the business to improve performance while aligning HR across manufacturing environments.

This role localizes Group HR policies to US labor laws, builds talent pipelines, oversees recruitment and compensation, and integrates corporate culture across borders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, management, science/engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of full-function HR experience and 3+ years in HR team management.
• Overseas manufacturing HR management experience; familiarity with US laws.
• Fluent business English; work in an English-speaking environment.
• Willing to undertake overseas assignment and adapt to US culture.

Responsabilités

• Deeply understand US plant ops and align HR solutions to production needs.
• Implement and localize Group HR policies to US labor laws.
• Conduct org reviews, optimize structure, build US talent pipeline.
• Develop local recruitment plans and staff all positions as needed.
• Benchmark compensation/benefits to local market and policy.
• Foster cross-cultural culture between China and the US.
• Lead and develop the US HR team; standardize processes.
