Job summary

DSV is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to deliver a full spectrum of HR programs for the Contract Logistics/Solutions divisions in Texas. This onsite role sits inside a Dallas-Fort Worth warehouse and will oversee hiring, retention, onboarding, payroll, and training, with an emphasis on recruitment strategy.

The position requires a Bachelor's in HR or a related field and 7+ years of HR experience, including 5 years in employee relations and recruitment; freight-forwarding/3PL experience is

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field required.
• 7+ years' HR experience; strong employee relations and performance management—minimum 5 years.
• Minimum 2 years freight forwarding/Transportation industry experience or 4PL/Contract Logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Implements and administers HR programs including employment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management and staffing.
• Provides leadership and guidance to employees and management on interviewing, onboarding and training.
• Manages HR administration including hiring, promotions, transfers, leaves, and personnel records.
• Leads recruiting strategies and onboarding to meet travel teams' needs; coordinates with site management.
