Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Fort Worth seeks an HR Manager responsible for providing HR leadership and guidance in partnership with site leaders. This onsite role drives Talent Management, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, Compensation and Benefits, and recruitment across mid-to-lower level positions and clerical staff.

The role requires a Bachelor's in HR or related field and 5+ years of HR leadership experience, plus ability to work in warehouse

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Social Sciences plus 5+ years in HR leadership roles.
Able to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures as needed.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and payroll processes.

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with business goals.
Act as change agent to lead transformation and engagement initiatives.
Establish robust recruitment processes to attract and retain talent.
Administer employee relations, compensation, performance management, and benefits.
Provide coaching and guidance to managers; support day-to-day people matters.
Train and develop management and workforce; oversee recognition programs.
