Job summary

DSV, a global transport and logistics leader, is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner, Implementations, to support new sites, relocations and site closures from a virtual/dallas-area role. The position requires partnering with project teams, regulatory knowledge, and strong HR operations capabilities across the US.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in HR or related field with 3+ years of HR experience, and is willing to travel 30–50% domestically.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 3 years’ HR experience required.
• Experience opening new sites and/or managing multiple projects is a plus.
• Willing to travel locally and throughout the United States (approximately 30%–50%).
• Local language proficiency as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for HR functions within project teams and coordinate with leadership.
• Support site openings, relocations, expansions, and closures with HR solutions.
• Post jobs, screen candidates, and assist in hiring processes.
• Maintain HRIS records and assist payroll/benefits enrollment as needed.
• Provide updates to project teams and stakeholders on HR matters.
