The Sr HR Business Partner position is part of an Onsite HR Team with a particular focus on the delivery of a full spectrum of human resource programs. This HR Business Partner will be responsible for providing HR leadership and guidance to the Contract Logistics/Solutions divisions in the state of Texas. This position will serve as a HRBP to the travel teams and will sit inside of one of our warehouse locations in Dallas-Fort Worth area. The Sr HRBP will oversee the administration of hiring, retention, termination, personnel records, legal compliance, compensation, benefits, payroll, orientation and training as well as additional administrative functions. This role will have a heightened focus on recruiting strategies and onboarding/new hire practices. The Sr HRBP will be responsible for ensuring that the needs of the travel teams are being met and work to appropriate his/her time accordingly in coordination with site management.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or a related field and 7 years’ experience working in Human Resource field required or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Must have strong employee relations and performance management experience – minimum 5 years. Must have strong recruitment experience – minimum 5 years. Must have minimum 2 years freight forwarding/Transportation industry experience or experience in a 4PL/Contract Logistics environment.

For this position, the expected base pay range is $80,000.00 – $95,000.00 Annual. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
