The Sr HR Business Partner position is part of an Onsite HR Team with a particular focus on the delivery of a full spectrum of human resource programs. This HR Business Partner will be responsible for providing HR leadership and guidance to the Contract Logistics/Solutions divisions in the state of Texas. This position will serve as a HRBP to the travel teams and will sit inside of one of our warehouse locations in Dallas-Fort Worth area. The Sr HRBP will oversee the administration of hiring, retention, termination, personnel records, legal compliance, compensation, benefits, payroll, orientation and training as well as additional administrative functions. This role will have a heightened focus on recruiting strategies and onboarding/new hire practices. The Sr HRBP will be responsible for ensuring that the needs of the travel teams are being met and work to appropriate his/her time accordingly in coordination with site management.
Work isgenerally sedentary, with no specific need for physical coordination or effort. May require physical effort associated with using the computer to access information, or occasional standing, walking, lifting needed to carry out everyday activities. Hours can be extensive as well as occasionally staggered for multi-shift access.

For this position, the expected base pay range is $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 Annual. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
