PracticeTek is seeking a Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partnering to align people strategies with business priorities at the executive level. You will lead the HRBP function, coach senior leaders, and shape organization design, talent reviews, and leadership development across a fast-growing healthcare tech firm.

Bring 7+ years leading HRBP groups, strong executive presence, and deep experience in change leadership, employee relations, and strategic workforce planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
7+ years leading HRBP to executive leadership in high-growth environment.
2+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
Experience partnering with C-suite leaders in SaaS/healthcare tech.

Responsibilities

Coach executive leaders through complex employee relations and performance management.
Lead enterprise workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning.
Develop scalable HRBP consulting practices and governance with the Director of HR Operations.
Drive change leadership and culture initiatives during rapid growth.
