Job summary

PracticeTek is seeking a Senior Director of HRBP to align enterprise people strategies with growth objectives across the organization. You will partner with the CHRO and executives to shape workforce planning, leadership development, and talent initiatives, while coaching leaders through change and ensuring HR solutions scale with rapid growth.

This role demands strategic thinking, executive presence, and the ability to translate people strategy into actionable programs that strengthen culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 7+ years leading HRBP or equivalent with executive exposure.
• Experience partnering with C-suite leaders in high-growth SaaS/healthcare tech.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the Executive Leadership Team, aligning enterprise people strategies with business priorities.
• Shape organizational strategy, workforce planning, leadership capability, and talent priorities.
• Lead the HRBP organization while directly supporting senior leaders.
• Translate enterprise people strategy into business-specific action plans that improve performance.
• Build relationships across the organization and influence decisions through data and judgment.
