Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Sr. HRBP to act as a strategic partner to the Growth organization. You will align talent priorities with business goals, mentor HRBPs, and help drive a high-performance culture in fast-paced teams across commercial functions.

You will influence policy, guide onboarding and development, and collaborate with Compensation to balance base pay and incentives. This role requires strong business acumen and change management capabilities to support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• 8+ years in progressive HR roles with distributed populations.
• 3+ years supporting Growth or other commercial functions (sales, marketing, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic HR partner to Growth leaders and align talent priorities with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor HRBPs; drive HR strategies for high‑growth teams.
• Support onboarding, talent reviews, succession planning, and change management.
• Guide managers on performance management, employee relations, and policy interpretation.
• Collaborate with Compensation on base salary, bonuses, and incentives.
• Ensure transparent communication and strong leader effectiveness across the org.
