• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and succession strategies to support growth.
• Advise on change management, leadership development, and culture integration post-growth or acquisitions.
• Partner with compensation and benefits to align pay programs with division performance and retention goals.
• Guide employee relations, legal compliance, and risk mitigation across multiple sites.
