This remote-first role blends strategic partnership with hands-on People operations, leveraging AI and automation to scale programs.

You’ll help build high-performing teams, design career growth frameworks, and contribute to engaging initiatives while influencing company-wide people programs.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years HR experience in a high-growth environment.
• Experience supporting Go-to-Market functions.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian employment law.
• Hands-on with strategic and operational HR.
• Experience using AI and automation in HR programs.

• Partner with Go-to-Market leaders to shape team effectiveness and workforce planning.
• Own key lifecycle processes: leaves, offboarding, employee relations, and People Ops initiatives.
• Lead programs in manager development, career growth, engagement, and performance reviews.
• Use data, AI, automation, and operational excellence to streamline workflows and improve employee experience.
