Job summary

Deepgram is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support a growing, remote-first organization. This inaugural HRBP role will partner with leaders at all levels and employees to support employee relations, performance management, manager effectiveness, and scalable people practices.

Reporting to the Head of People, the HRBP collaborates with People Ops, Legal, Finance, and Recruiting to ensure programs and processes are effective and compliant.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in an HR Business Partner role within high-growth or complex environments.
• Strong business judgment and ability to guide leaders through tough trade-offs.
• Deep experience in employee relations, performance management, and manager coaching.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary partner to leaders on people-related risks and decisions.
• Partner with the Head of People to translate company strategy into scalable people practices.
• Support performance management processes, goal-setting, and coaching.
• Help design and operationalize organizational changes to drive adoption and trust.
• Build and refine People processes, templates, and manager resources.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and manage immigration work authorization needs.
