Job summary

LeadsOnline, based in Plano, TX, is seeking a senior HR professional to join our lean, fast-moving HR team as an HR Business Partner and total rewards lead. You will partner with business leaders and own critical pieces of our international HR footprint and compensation programs.

You'll roll up your sleeves in a build-and-execute role, shaping job architecture, leveling, benchmarking, and incentive design while championing AI-driven HR operations within a small, high-growth tech environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience at Senior HRBP or HR Manager level.
• Experience at PE-backed or venture-backed, high-growth technology companies with 300-700 employees.
• Hands-on experience supporting international HR (Canada, EU, LATAM, or global populations).
• Hands-on experience with compensation/total rewards (job architecture, market pricing, incentive design).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR Business Partner to designated leaders and teams, providing hands-on coaching on performance, organizational, and talent matters.
• Guide managers through the full employee lifecycle—hiring, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
• Act as a point of contact for employee relations matters, resolving issues with sound judgment and discretion.
• Own onboarding for new hires, partnering with managers to deliver a well-organized first week with milestone check-ins.
• Own day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of job architecture, leveling, and compensation structures.
• Support compensation benchmarking, merit cycles, and incentive plan design in partnership with Finance and HR leadership.
• Help build scalable, equitable pay practices as the company grows — from offer approvals through annual comp planning.
• International HR operations for LeadsOnline’s global entities, including Canada and other locations.
• Actively use AI tools to streamline HR workflows and analyze people data for reports.
