For our client, we are seeking a Vice President, People Group Business Partnership to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This leader will play a critical role in shaping the enterprise people strategy and partnering closely with senior executives to drive organizational effectiveness. The position will oversee a business partnership function that supports growth, workforce planning, change management, and integration activities across the organization. It is an influential seat focused on aligning human capital priorities with business objectives in a fast-moving, transformation-oriented environment.

Location: Plano, TX - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $210,000 – $250,000 annually
