Job summary

Museum of Ice Cream seeks a Senior HRBP to partner with U.S. museum leaders, build scalable people systems, and move ER from reactive to proactive. You will design training, guide performance processes, and develop workforce planning tools across multiple sites.

The role demands strong HRBP background, experience with complex employee relations, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights for site leadership. Hybrid work in LA/Las Vegas preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, multi-site or operations-heavy environment.
• Strong HRBP experience and ability to build scalable people systems.
• Experience leading employee relations, performance management, and training programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HRBP for U.S. museum teams, partnering with site leaders and operations.
• Develop and scale employee relations framework and toolkits across sites.
• Lead manager training on employment practices, documentation, and risk.
• Oversee performance management rhythms, calibration, and development planning.
• Create reporting to surface people insights by site and leader.
