Job summary

Hermès of Paris is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to lead the Southern Region’s HR strategy and operations from the New York City Corporate or Miami Office. You will manage recruiting, employee relations, and performance management across multiple boutiques, coaching leaders and driving organizational effectiveness.

The role requires 5+ years in HRBP, with experience in luxury retail or high-visibility settings. Travel for boutique visits is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR Business Partner role.
• Proven HR leadership in multi-unit, high-volume environments.
• Background in luxury retail or service-oriented organizations; direct store experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads full cycle recruiting to meet staffing goals across multiple business units.
• Manages employee relations and recommends appropriate actions.
• Collaborates on HR programs and initiatives to improve employee engagement.
