Job summary

Apogee Architectural Metals seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to partner with senior leaders and shape enterprise people and organizational strategies across large, complex areas of the business. The role operates at a broad level, guiding transformations and influencing executive decision-making.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of HR experience, a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), strong executive presence, and proven ability to coach leaders, drive change, and build leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience supporting senior leaders and complex organizations.
• Experience leading large-scale change or enterprise initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on people, organizational, and cultural strategy.
• Lead enterprise or segment-wide initiatives and coordinate across functions.
• Diagnose organizational issues related to structure, roles, workflow, culture, and leadership; drive large-scale change.
