Job summary

Apogee Architectural Metals is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to partner with senior leaders and shape people and organizational strategies across large, complex areas of the business. The role operates at a broad level, addressing enterprise challenges, leading transformations, and developing HR capability within the function.

The position requires 10+ years of progressive HR experience, a Bachelor's degree in HR/Business (Master’s preferred), and a track record of advising executives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience supporting senior leaders and complex organizations.
• Experience leading large-scale change or enterprise initiatives strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to senior and executive leaders on people, organizational, and cultural strategy.
• Influence strategy through a people and organizational lens.
• Partner with leaders on long-term workforce strategy, leadership capability, and organizational design.
• Lead enterprise-wide restructures, integrations, and major transformations.
• Design solutions to systemic organizational challenges.
• Mentor HRBPs, Generalists and other HR leaders.
• Lead succession planning and leadership pipeline development.
• Coach senior leaders and high-potential talent.
• Influence leadership standards and development strategies.
• Identify enterprise-level people risks and ensure mitigation.
• Ensure governance and compliance across supported areas.
