Job summary

Apogee Architectural Metals is seeking an HR Business Partner to support manufacturing leadership with strategic and tactical HR initiatives. You will align people strategies with business priorities, drive talent acquisition, onboarding, performance, and change management, and act as a trusted partner across functions.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and at least five years of HR generalist or business partner experience, preferably in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
• Five years of progressive HR generalist or business partner experience; manufacturing experience preferred.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS; Workday experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations and leaders to develop and execute people strategies, workforce plans, and labor-management practices.
• Provide ongoing HR consultation and coaching to leaders for performance, onboarding, and offboarding, compensation, and benefits.
• Lead or support HR initiatives across segments and enterprise, documenting processes to reduce variation.
• Manage HR operations, payroll, timekeeping, and analytics to provide actionable workforce insights.
