Job summary

GLG in New York is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner for our Engineering Product & Technology groups. This role blends hands-on execution with high-level advisory work, reporting to the Head of Global Business Partnering.

You will design talent strategies, drive organizational design and change management, and partner with Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations and COEs to build a thriving, diverse, high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of HR Business Partner experience with strong business acumen.
• Experience in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.
• Strategic, influential with hands-on approach.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to design and drive talent strategy.
• Build relationships and coach leaders to solve people issues.
• Lead organizational design and workforce planning.
