Capital Group is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner Consultant in New York. You will lead the design and delivery of HR solutions across organizational design, change management, talent development, and total rewards, partnering with NACG business leaders to elevate the associate experience.
You will influence leadership decisions, drive change in a matrixed environment, and deliver strategic HR programs that align with business outcomes.
Formación
- Minimum 5 years of HRBP experience.
- Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
- Ability to influence talent and organizational decisions that impact business outcomes.
- Experience providing thought leadership, education, and tools to senior managers and associates.
- Data-driven with HR trend analysis across large data sets to identify opportunities.
Responsabilidades
- Design and deliver HR solutions across organizational design, change management, talent development, and total rewards.
- Partner with NACG leaders to elevate the associate experience and develop talent of the future.
- Manage large-scale HR rollouts and projects with direct impact on the people component of the business strategy.
- Provide strategic and hands-on HR leadership to foster agility, inclusion, and execution.
