Job summary

PracticeTek in the United States is seeking a Senior Director, HR Business Partnering to align enterprise people strategies with business priorities across the company. This leader acts as trusted advisor to the CHRO and executives, guiding organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent strategy.

You’ll lead the HRBP team, coach senior leaders, manage change, and ensure HR solutions scale during growth while preserving PracticeTek’s culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years leading HRBP or executive HR teams.
• Experience partnering with C-suite in high-growth SaaS/healthcare tech.
• Strong executive coaching and organizational design expertise.
• Proven ability to translate people strategy into business outcomes.
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, or large transformations.
• Excellent communication and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to influence at all levels and maintain culture.
• Broad knowledge of talent management and succession planning.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to the Executive Leadership Team and CHRO on people strategy.
• Shape organizational strategy, workforce planning, leadership capability, and talent priorities.
• Lead HRBP organization and support a portfolio of senior leaders.
• Translate enterprise strategy into actionable HR programs and plans.
• Own workforce insights and data-driven decision making across the business.
• Coach executives through complex employee relations and change initiatives.
• Lead change management and culture initiatives during growth.
• Develop scalable HRBP consulting capabilities across the function.
• Partner with HR Operations to deliver integrated HR solutions.
• Represent HR in executive planning discussions and decisions.
