Job summary

PacificSource is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to align HR practices with business objectives and act as a trusted consultant to leadership across assigned departments.

The role focuses on organizational development, succession planning, workforce development, employee retention, and change management, while ensuring compliance with federal and state laws and HIPAA privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 4 years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and confidentially skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR practices and strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Serve as consultant to business partners and drive organizational development and workforce planning.
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance and ensure regulatory compliance.
