Job summary

PacificSource is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to align HR practices with business objectives and support managers across assigned units. The HRBP acts as a consultant, employee champion, and change agent, driving development and retention while ensuring ethical and legal compliance.

The role covers workforce planning, succession, coaching, and employee relations, with a focus on creating an exceptional employee experience and promoting diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Requires 4 years of progressive human resources experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements HR practices aligned with business objectives.
• Partners with management to drive workforce planning and organizational design.
• Provides day-to-day performance guidance, coaching, and employee relations support.
• Ensures compliance with federal/state posting requirements and HIPAA/privacy rules.
• Maintains relationships with stakeholders and supports diversity and inclusion initiatives.
