Job summary

Hanger, Inc. seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to coach senior leaders and drive talent, leadership and organizational outcomes. This remote role covers the Pacific Coast Zone with travel 10%–15%.

You will lead change management, performance cycles, compensation planning and employee engagement initiatives within a dispersed multi-location workforce. You will partner with HR and business leaders to design integrated talent solutions, ensure compliant policies, and strengthen leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• Masters degree/MBA preferred or equivalent experience.
• 10–15+ years of progressive responsibility as a HR Business Partner.
• Experience with organizational effectiveness, change management, leadership coaching and talent management.
• Valid driver's license and driving record per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers across the Pacific Coast region.
• Coach leadership and employees to drive talent, leadership and organizational outcomes.
• Lead large-scale change management and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure rigorous selection and assessment practices.
• Develop and implement HR programs including performance cycles and compensation planning.
• Foster company culture and provide guidance on employee relations and policy interpretation.
