Hyundai MOBIS Parts America is seeking a Sr. HRBP, Compensation to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our compensation programs. You will advise executive leadership on pay strategy, benchmark against the market, and manage budgets and equity analyses.

The role requires 5–7 years in HR/Compensation, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong analytical skills. Master’s and HR certifications are valued, with a focus on compliant, performance-driven pay

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in HR, Compensation, or Benefits Management.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• HR Certification and CEBS beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and administer compensation programs (salary bands, pay grades, philosophy).
• Advise leadership on compensation strategy and equity.
• Manage budgets and comparable market benchmarking; supervise pay equity reviews.
• Provide training and guidance on compensation philosophy and practices.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
