Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, business or finance.
- 6+ years in compensation with benchmarking, salary structures and leveling.
- Experience leading survey participation and market pricing.
- Proficiency with Workday and HRIS tools; strong Excel skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead market benchmarking and survey participation across functions.
- Design, maintain salary structures and geographic differentials.
- Manage job evaluation, leveling, and internal equity.
- Lead end-to-end Workday Advance Compensation process for planning and updates.
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders on offers and pay decisions.
