Data Axle seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to align people strategies with business priorities and drive data-informed solutions across talent management, performance, and workforce planning. You will partner with executives and HR colleagues to shape an agile, future-ready organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Behavior, Business Administration, or related field.
• Five+ years of progressive HR experience in HR business partnership, organizational effectiveness, talent management, or related discipline.
• Experience supporting performance management, talent reviews, org design, workforce planning, or transformation initiatives.
• Experience with organization design, operating models, people analytics, Power BI, Excel, Copilot, or similar tools.
• Experience applying AI-enabled tools, automation, and data-driven decision making in HR environments.
• Experience developing presentations and analyzing workforce data for leadership.
• Strong consulting, relationship-building, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executives and HR leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.
• Develop executive-ready analyses and recommendations for talent and organizational decisions.
• Facilitate leadership discussions and planning sessions.
• Translate workforce data into meaningful insights and action plans.
• Partner with leaders on org design, workforce planning, and HR program adoption.
• Support performance management, talent calibration, and competency development actions.
• Ensure tools and processes are consistently implemented across teams.
• Capture and communicate HR programs and change initiatives across the business.
