Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7-10 years of progressive project or program management experience.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale HR initiatives and system implementations.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale HR projects and programs.
• Define objectives, scope, governance, and success measures with sponsors.
• Drive multi-workstream execution and manage risks and interdependencies.
• Develop integrated project plans, timelines, and executive reporting.
• Lead governance forums and maintain stakeholder accountability.
• Communicate progress, dependencies, and outcomes to leadership.
