Job summary

Aquent is partnering with a global leader to drive a major HR technology transformation. We seek an experienced Program Manager to lead governance, cross-functional collaboration, and execution across multiple workstreams, ensuring successful adoption of workforce solutions.

You will shape program strategy, oversee planning and risk management, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver enterprise-wide changes that improve workforce analytics, design, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have 8+ years managing large, cross-functional enterprise programs.
• Experience leading governance forums, workshops, and executive meetings.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive program governance across multiple workstreams and initiatives.
• Manage integrated project plans, track dependencies, decisions, actions, and milestones.
• Facilitate workshops, reviews, and decision forums to drive progress.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams on HR tech implementations.
• Oversee data validation and data quality across HR systems.
• Lead UAT, defect tracking, and readiness assessments for launches.
• Manage relationships with vendors and consulting partners.
• Create executive status updates and leadership-ready materials.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans; escalate critical issues.
• Support change management, stakeholder engagement, and adoption efforts.
