You will advise on hiring, promotions, and retention while driving strategic analyses and pay structures.

The role emphasizes executive collaboration, internal equity, and governance, with a focus on education and practical guidance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, HR consulting, or a related field.
• Strong business acumen and experience advising leaders on complex workforce issues.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Compensation consulting experience in financial services or another complex, highly regulated industry.
• Experience with market pricing, salary structures, job evaluation, compensation surveys, and HR technology.
• Experience supporting leaders through organizational growth and change.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Leaders to translate priorities into compensation strategies.
• Serve as the primary compensation consultant for assigned business areas and build partnerships with leaders and HR teams.
• Advise on hiring, promotions, organizational changes, career progression, and retention.
• Deliver market intelligence and strategic analysis using survey data and benchmarks.
• Lead compensation projects, annual planning, pay program reviews, and career framework work.
• Support executive decisions with clear analyses and recommendations.
• Educate leaders and HR partners on compensation philosophy, market dynamics, and policies.
