Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7-10 years of progressive project or program management experience leading large, complex initiatives.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale HR programs with multiple workstreams and dependencies.
• Experience with HR technologies like Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, Cornerstone or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale HR projects with multiple workstreams.
• Define objectives, scope, governance and delivery plans with sponsors.
• Develop integrated project plans, timelines, and executive status reports.
• Communicate with sponsors, stakeholders and vendors; manage risks and issues.
