Job summary

Aquent is partnering with a global leader to modernize workforce strategies through HR technology transformations. We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to drive governance, cross-functional collaboration, and successful adoption of workforce software across the enterprise in Redmond, WA.

You will manage integrated plans, lead UAT and data validation, coordinate with vendors, and craft executive-ready updates.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional enterprise programs.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, and diverse stakeholders.
Experience leading governance forums and executive stakeholder meetings.
Hands-on with workforce transformation software (design, planning, analytics, security).

Responsibilities

Drive program governance across multiple workstreams and initiatives.
Manage integrated project plans, dependencies, decisions, actions, milestones.
Lead workshops, stakeholder reviews, and decision forums for progress.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to implement workforce transformation software.
Oversee data validation and ensure data quality across HR systems.
Lead UAT, defect tracking, and readiness assessments for launches.
Manage relationships with external vendors and consulting partners.
Create executive communications and status updates for leadership.
