Aquent is partnering with a global leader to drive a major HR technology transformation. We seek an experienced Program Manager to lead governance, cross-functional collaboration, and execution across multiple workstreams, ensuring successful adoption of workforce solutions.

You will shape program strategy, oversee planning and risk management, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver enterprise-wide changes that improve workforce analytics, design, and efficiency.

You will have a direct impact on the successful implementation and adoption of critical HR technologies, ensuring seamless integration and enhanced employee experiences across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive program governance, ensuring alignment and coordination across multiple workstreams and initiatives.
  • Manage integrated project plans, tracking dependencies, decisions, action items, and critical milestones to keep projects on track.
  • Facilitate key meetings, including workshops, stakeholder reviews, and decision-making forums, to drive consensus and progress.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to support the implementation and ongoing operational activities of a workforce transformation software.
  • Oversee data validation and monitor data quality across various HR systems to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and readiness assessments, contributing to robust launch planning.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and consulting partners, ensuring timely delivery against agreed-upon milestones.
  • Develop clear and concise executive communications, status updates, and leadership-ready materials to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Proactively identify program risks, develop effective mitigation strategies, and escalate critical issues as needed.
  • Support change management, stakeholder engagement, and adoption efforts to ensure successful program outcomes and user buy-in.
Must-Have Qualifications
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional enterprise programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple workstreams, intricate dependencies, and diverse stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Extensive experience leading governance forums, facilitating workshops, and conducting executive stakeholder meetings.
  • Strong proficiency in project planning, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Decisions) management, reporting, and operational execution.
  • Hands-on experience utilizing workforce transformation software in areas such as organizational design, workforce planning, workforce analytics, or HR transformation programs.
  • Practical experience supporting implementation activities for workforce transformation software, including configuration support, data validation, user testing, reporting and analytics, and security and access management.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions and processes within HR technology platforms.
  • Experience working with enterprise HR technology platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or similar systems.
  • A strong understanding of workforce data, organizational hierarchies, reporting relationships, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Comfortable analyzing data quality issues and coordinating remediation efforts.
  • Proven experience managing consulting partners and third-party vendors.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills, effectively collaborating with business, HR, technical, security, privacy, and compliance stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • Experience supporting organizational design or workforce planning initiatives.
  • Prior experience within large global organizations.
  • Exposure to integration, divestiture, or transformation programs related to mergers and acquisitions.
  • Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), release management, and launch readiness activities.
  • Familiarity with both Agile and traditional project delivery methodologies.
  • Experience developing executive presentations and leadership communications.
