Job summary

Accenture’s HR Transformation Senior Manager leads and shapes HR strategies for organizations in the digital age, partnering with clients to optimize HR functions and employee engagement. The role blends HR strategy with digital tools, analytics, and change management to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will drive value cases, roadmaps, and operating model design while guiding cross-functional teams through stakeholder engagement and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in HR transformation, digital HR, or HR technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a senior managerial or leadership role.
• Minimum of 3 years' leading large-scale HR transformation projects.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in designing and implementing HR operating models, shared services, and outsourcing strategies.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in the High Tech, Comms & Media, or Software & Platforms industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR transformation projects end-to-end, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery and high quality outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and advise on HR operating models and transformation strategies.
• Design and implement HR operating models, service delivery frameworks, and org design.
• Lead evaluation of HR technologies (e.g., HRIS, AI tools) and guide vendor selection processes.
