Job summary

Accenture is seeking an HR Reinvention Manager to shape how organizations reinvent HR in the digital age. You will lead strategy, design operating models, and drive value through AI, GenAI, and automation, partnering with senior clients to transform HR functions for better performance and engagement.

Responsibilities include building trusted relationships, guiding HR transformation programs, and delivering on time and on budget. Travel and leadership experience in HR tech are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in HR transformation, with leadership experience.
• Experience applying AI, GenAI, automation to HR processes.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Bonus points for experience with leading HR platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).

Responsibilities

• Build and manage senior client relationships and expectations.
• Define HR reinvention strategies aligned with business goals.
• Design HR operating models and service delivery frameworks.
