Job summary

Slalom is seeking an experienced Senior HR Transformation consultant to lead end-to-end engagements, from discovery through future-state design, focused on HR operating models, processes, and technology enablement.

You will partner with HR leaders on service delivery models, governance, and workforce analytics, driving scalable, strategy-aligned outcomes across payroll and time/absence domains.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in HR consulting or advisory.
• Experience leading HR operating model design and process optimization.
• Ability to map HR processes end-to-end.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and technology decisions.
• Strong governance, stakeholder management and facilitation.
• Experience with payroll and time/absence domains.
• Knowledge of AI and intelligent automation in HR.
• Mentoring junior practitioners and contributing to team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR transformation engagements from discovery to future-state design.
• Partner with HR leaders on service delivery models and org structure.
• Design and optimize core HR processes with focus on efficiency and experience.
• Advise HR technology selections and post go-live optimization.
• Contribute to analytics, workforce planning, and insights.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders to drive outcomes.
• Contribute to practice development and go-to-market materials.
• Identify AI-enabled HR use cases and drive adoption.
