Slalom is looking for a Senior Consultant to lead end-to-end HR transformation engagements, guiding discovery, design, and delivery of future-state HR operating models and processes. You will partner with HR leaders to shape strategy, service delivery models, and business cases while ensuring scalable, employee-centric outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 5–8+ years of experience in HR consulting, HR advisory, or related field.
• Proven ability to lead discovery, design, and delivery across HR engagements.
• Experience advising on HR service delivery models, organizational structures, and governance.
• Familiarity with HRIS landscape and system-agnostic advisory role.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end HR transformation engagements from discovery to future-state design.
• Partner with HR leaders on strategy, service delivery models, and business cases.
• Design and optimize core HR processes including hire-to-retire, performance, and development.
• Provide HR technology advisory across HRIS implementations and post go-live optimization.
• Contribute to people analytics and strategic workforce planning engagements.
