The role leverages strong stakeholder skills and a system-agnostic approach to HR technology decisions. You will work across HR domains, including payroll, time/absence, and employee experience, shaping scalable solutions for

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in HR consulting or HR advisory with strong HR operating model design
• Experience leading discovery, design, and delivery across HR engagements
• Advising on HR service delivery models, org structures, and governance frameworks
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and being system-agnostic in process decisions
• Hands-on experience in payroll, time & absence, workforce management or HR shared services

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR transformation engagements from discovery to future-state design
• Partner with HR leaders on strategy, service delivery model design, and business case development
• Design and optimize core HR processes for efficiency and scalability
• Advise on HRIS vendor selection and implementation readiness
• Contribute to analytics and workforce planning engagements
• Build relationships with client stakeholders to drive outcomes
• Contribute to HRT practice development and go-to-market materials
• Identify high-value AI use cases and guide adoption
