Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead end-to-end HR transformation engagements, partnering with HR leaders on strategy, operating models, and service delivery. You will design and optimize HR processes, advise on HRIS selections, and contribute to analytics, governance, and change initiatives.

The role emphasizes collaboration across business and technical stakeholders, with a focus on payroll/time management and scalable HR solutions. Strong consulting experience is required.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in HR consulting, HR advisory, or related field with strong HR operating model design
• Proven ability to lead discovery, design, and delivery across HR engagements
• Experience advising on HR service delivery models, organizational structures, governance frameworks
• Familiarity with HRIS landscape and system-agnostic advisory approach during tech decisions
• Hands-on experience in payroll, time & absence, workforce management, or HR service delivery

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR transformation engagements from discovery to future-state design
• Partner with HR leaders on strategy, service delivery models, and business-case development
• Design and optimize core HR processes for efficiency and scalability
• Advise on HRIS vendor selection, implementation readiness, and optimization
• Contribute to people analytics and workforce planning engagements
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and project teams
• Support practice development and go-to-market materials for HRT capabilities
• Identify high-value AI-enabled HR use cases and guide adoption and change
