Qualifications

• Strong problem-structuring, facilitation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise CHRO and HR/tech stakeholders on operating model transformation and HCM strategy.
• Lead HR transformation engagements from problem definition to value realization.
• Shape AI and GenAI use cases for HR functions with governance and adoption considerations.
• Support business development through proposals, executive presentations, and solution design.
• Coach managers and consultants, synthesize findings, and contribute reusable methods.
