IBM Consulting is seeking a Business Transformation Consultant specializing in HR Transformation. You will partner with clients across industries to craft and implement strategies that transform employee experiences from Hire to Retire, focusing on HR, Workforce Management, and Talent functions.

You will develop roadmaps, upgrade HR technologies, and model processes to drive business value, reduce costs, and improve people experiences.

Qualifications

Proven experience transforming employee experiences from Hire to Retire.
Strong background optimizing HR, Workforce Management and Talent functions.
Experience with HR technology upgrades and rationalization.
