Job summary

The State of Ohio in Columbus is seeking a Senior Business Transformation Analyst to lead complex IT and process-change initiatives within the Administrative Services organization.

You will oversee requirements gathering, system configuration (OAKS/PeopleSoft), and cross-functional collaboration to deliver modernization of HR and payroll processes while ensuring alignment with agency goals and compliance.

Qualifications

• Completion of undergraduate core coursework in business administration, public administration, information systems, engineering or comparable field.
• 3 years experience in business process transformation, organizational design, strategic human capital management &/or business process reengineering.
• 12 mos. exp. in software design &/or development commensurate with position to be filled.

Responsibilities

• Leads implementation of new functionality and configuration items in OAKS/PeopleSoft and Cornerstone.
• Manages and oversees project test plans; identifies potential business process improvements.
• Assists HRD staff in using system and provides production support, change management, and training.
