Your work improves how counties use technology, helps streamline business processes, and supports digital transformation strategies that ultimately make it easier for families to access services. You will also mentor lower‑level analysts, strengthen analytical practices, and contribute to statewide UX planning that shapes the long‑term future of county operations.

Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Analyze county business processes to identify modernization opportunities, cost‑saving strategies, and digital‑first improvements using tools like Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Lead high‑visibility, enterprise‑level requirements‑gathering efforts involving counties, program offices, and OIS technical teams.
  • Develop detailed workflow models, business process documentation, and reengineering recommendations to support statewide UX and modernization initiatives.
  • Evaluate system changes, vendor solutions, and platform enhancements to determine their suitability and impact on county operations and user experience.
  • Define project tasks, deliverables, schedules, and collaboration methods using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online to maintain transparency and stakeholder alignment.
  • Serve as the senior liaison for escalated issues and feedback from counties, ensuring consistent communication across program, technical, and leadership teams.
  • Prepare clear, executive‑level reports, presentations, and analytical summaries for leadership and county stakeholders.
  • Monitor emerging technologies, low‑code/no‑code tools, automation trends, and evolving county needs to support continuous improvement and strategic UX planning.
