Qualifications

• 5+ years combined work experience in leading analysts and analyzing business operations to determine areas to implement solutions through the use of information technology and reducing overall costs and/or providing efficiencies.
• Experience gathering requirements, defining workflows, and delivering clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex analysis efforts across 88 counties to modernize business processes.
• Gather requirements and assess impact of system or workflow changes.
• Develop workflow models and documentation to support statewide UX and modernization.
• Mentor junior analysts and ensure consistency of analytical practices.
